Fantasia’s sex tape story seems to be starting out very similar to how the other sex tapes were introduced into public, except this time it is a wife making the accusations.

According to Us Magazine, Fantasia Barrino, an American Idol winner, is implicated in a divorce as the “other woman”. The wife. who is accusing Fantasia of sleeping with her husband, Antwaun Cook, is also saying they recording their romps on a sex tape.

Recent B list stars have boosted their bank accounts with the releasing of a sex tape that either their “old boyfriend released behind their back”, or “they weren’t aware of being taped”. The only one who has come right out and said she has a sex tape and wants to be a porno star is Montana Fishburne. The rest of the semi famous gals have all had a story about the “appearance of a sex tape”.

Fantasia rode high on her American Idol win, but she has not been in the headlines for some time now and seems to be fading into American Idol retirement club. Now a sex tape would turn this around and Fantasia could get at least another 15 minutes of fame out of this deal.

This is purely speculation, but it just has a ring to it that seems to a story that could precede the announcing of a sex tape. There might be no such thing as Fantasia in a sex tape, and this could really be the cry of a scorned wife, but what if……well, what if it is another great marketing strategy like Kendra Wilkinson presented with her sex tape being released.

Kendra was going to fight the release of her sex tape with a legal team, when it was discovered that it was really Kendra doing the selling of her own tape.

Fantasia is a little different than Kendra, who was in the Playboy mansion and part of a light sex industry with her image in Playboy. Fantasia has a history of being more of a goody two shoes, (not meant as an insult) than the rest of the women who have starred in a sex tape.

Fantasia’s manager addressed the “breaking up a marriage” charges today but did not touch on the sex tape rumor. Brian Dickens tells Us Magazine that Fantasia is in no way responsible for the breaking up of the Cook marriage.

The sex tape may or may not exist, only time will tell as this story unravels.

“It is hard to believe that Fantasia would participate in a sex tape”, said one Connecticut American Idol fan. “Fantasia was religious and family oriented when on the Idol, so this seems far fetched for her character”, said another Connecticut fan of Fantasia’s.

PORTLAND, Tenn. —

A Fort Campbell soldier deployed to Afghanistan two weeks after his son was born. But thanks to a thief, the few priceless photos of them together could be lost forever.

Spc. Jeremy Vaughn deployed Friday to Afghanistan.

“If something were to happen and he was to die fighting for our country, those pictures were all that I had,” said Laura Tugwell.

By the time Vaughn returns, a year from now, 20-day-old Ashton's newborn days will be long gone.

“Because we knew this was coming, him leaving us, we took so many pictures on that one camera to have of him with the baby, and they're gone,” Tugwell said.

She said the camera was in her relative's purse in a car. The trouble, she said, was that her relative forgot to lock the doors, and someone broke in and made off with the purse, camera and pictures inside.

“I cried my eyes out,” she said. “I didn't want to tell him, but I knew he'd be expecting the pictures, and he seems to be handling it better than me, but we're all just really hoping we can find a way to get it back.”

Tugwell said she's reaching out to anyone who will listen to get her message to the thief.

“If you have any heart at all, you could just return those pictures, that memory card to us,” she said. “We don't care for punishment. We don't care for harsh words. We just want our memories back. Those were very precious to us.”

Anyone who knows anything about this theft or where the camera is can e-mail Channel 4 News at

Though I claim to be a photographer I don't own a printer. I can't stand dealing with ink cartridges or printer profiles. Instead, I rely on Costco Photo for most, if not all, of my photo printing needs.

Costco is the cheapest place I have found that prints on high quality Fuji archival photo paper in sizes up to 20″ x 30″. At $9.99 for a 20″x30″ print, it's 1/3rd the cost of the previously reviewed Pictopia (though, admittedly, they lack the same range in sizes). You do not need a membership to use the Costco Photo Center service on-line but it necessitates that the prints are shipped to you. Larger prints are shipped rolled in a tube. If you are a Costco member you are allowed to use custom color profiles while also adding the option of picking up your order at the nearest Costco which can cut down on turn-around time.

I have heard on forums that Costco Photo Centers vary significantly in quality, and that some labs are run incredibly well and are capable of producing results equivalent to far more expensive services, while others have wonky colors with less than dedicated staff. In my experience, if I ever have a problem with a photo, no matter how minor, they are very, very quick to reprint while also letting me keep both (which is a nice bonus).

A simple internet search can end web pages of speculation:

…Two of them are seen here following Lysanders aircraft of the RAF during World War II in Europe.

I consider this photo genuine. I've come across it in UFO literature since the 70's, many UFO researchers/books have used it and sourced it.

Then remains the question, what does the photo portray?

If you think about it, the picture frame is centered between two aircraft. The photographer therefore did not intend to photograph any of them. The
photo is centered at the two bright spots in between the aircraft. You can therefore deduce that the photographer intentionally photographed them, and
reduces the possibility that this is just some type of reflection that appeared while photographing the aircraft.

Also, you see a bright, cloudy sky in the background, and two dark aircraft silhouettes. But the two unknown objects are brighter than the sky,
indicating that they have an internal light source.

My new Pix

I have taken some Pix in the last weeks – please tell me when you like them:

ZOOM Erlebniswelt ~ ASIEN ~ by Kessi100

HP TFT Monitor billig

I am back in Johannesburg, and I have two days off to reflect on my past safari in Botswana, as well as to do laundry, sleep ‘late’ (to 7am), check up on emails and to hang out with friends. Here are some random thoughts about the safari:

There were 6 Canon shooters and 7 Nikon shooters on the safari, and by far the most popular lenses were the Nikon 200-400mm f/4 VR, the Canon 500mm f/4 and the Canon 100-400mm. This is a common theme on most of my safaris in southern Africa, and my east African safaris typically have a higher number of 500mm and 600mm lenses. The most popular cameras were the Canon 5DMk2 and the Nikon D3 or D3s. Over the past 2 years I have seen a dramatic increase in the number of people who are shooting with Nikon gear, and it is great to see people using Nikon again. Nikon really lost its way for a few years, and I really think that they are offering great equipment for the nature photographer, and I switched back at the end of 2008 because of two reasons: a very good low light solution with the D3 and D700 cameras, as well as the 200-400mm f/4 VR lens.

The weather on the safari was much warmer than anticipated, and most days had a range of around 55F to 85F, which is quite warm for the wintertime. Most days were overcast, which can be a great thing if shooting all day is a goal, however you do give up the warm light at the beginning and end of each day. I have said it before that in my perfect world I would have direct, warm light for the first 90 minutes and last 90 minutes of the day, and overcast and cloudy light for the middle of the day.

Over the past 12 months I have given away all of my slow 4GB and 8GB compact flash cards to my guides as part of their gratuity, so all of my CF cards are now 8GB and 16GB in size. The problem is that I have not moved forward with any new cards and on this safari I had to download my images each day. Typically I will have enough CF cards to last for up to 3 weeks of shooting, and I would download to my laptop when I had the time. On this safari I had to download daily, as well as run 2 different backups each and every day. It isn’t a big deal, but I was busy doing other hospitality related tasks and it meant that my bedtime was pushed much later than normal.

The wildlife on this safari was absolutely fantastic (as usual), and my favorite wildlife moment was our time spent with the African wild dogs. Our watching the dogs hunt, kill, eat and play was my highlight of the year so far. I am turning into more of a birder (yikes!) and I really sank my teeth into better identification of species as well as better photographs. I have been a casual and opportunistic bird photographer in the past, and I have found myself going out to specifically work on my bird photographs as of late. I have been hesitant to post bird photographs in the past, primarily because the birding community is much more aware of deficiencies in the technical aspects of photographs, rather than their creative merits, and I haven’t wanted to mix my own creative view of the world with the those who look for technical deficiencies as their primary form of amusement. Yes, this is a shot across the bow of some bird photographers, and I do wish the bird photography community as a whole would embrace more creative looking photographs and not dwell on errant perches and not-so-perfect feathers. / end rant.

Overall I am extremely happy with the images that I came away with from this safari, and I think my best images will likely be those of leopards. There are a few images that are of portfolio quality, and I will process and post them online when I return back home.

I am looking forward to my next safari in Botswana and South Africa, which I have called my African Wildlife Photography Boot Camp. The safari is designed to be a combination of rich photography with structured education. We will be based out of two different camps: Mashatu Main Camp in the Tuli block of Botswana, and also Rattray’s on Mala Mala in the Sabi Sands in South Africa. We will combine morning and afternoon game drives with mid-day lectures, critiques and slideshows. The goal is for my participants to come back with a better understanding of African wildlife photography, as well as photographs that stir the soul. We will have 4 nights at each camp, and will be utilizing private chartered aircraft (2 of them) in order to be able to carry a ton of gear. Many safaris drive between locations, which loses precious time, and many use normal aircraft, which constricts the amount of weight one can carry. I like to not miss game drives, and I also like to bring the most appropriate camera gear with me, and these private chartered airplanes help facilitate both.

…and good guides make all of the difference

From working with the cast since Season 2, Frank has developed a bond with the actors and creative directors. His images are a crucial element to the series, representing the first visual cues seen by the public. In short, his photos need to be as dynamic as the show itself.

What was it like, shooting the Season 4 promos?

This year, being the whole new start, the fresh start, it was the empty office. Before anyone had been into it — I think they'd done one full week of shooting beforehand — we went in and took Jon's or Donald Draper's office apart and it was the first time anyone had been in. So they had just finished building this beautiful set two weeks prior and we walked in and put a lighter carpet on the floor and basically recreated the shot. We had to take a couple of that walls out just to get that shot. That's how much commitment the crew has to the show to get that right.

What else goes into creating each one of these shots?
On the day we do the publicity, which is kind of great also, it's great to know the characters because you can set them in a situation, shoot them, and walk away. We actually spent no longer then 15 to 20 minutes shooting each of those publicity pictures. And they're designed and thought out prior — “Jon is sat down in a chair, there is a woman leaning over him bringing him a drink, there is a crowded bar behind him.” We'll shoot that and then move right on to the next one. We don't do 26 variations of that. There is the moment that they are looking for and we'll work until we capture that.

Jon and the actors will change little details as we're shooting, but what they're changing isn't the background, or he's moving or switching left to right, but he's making simple changes like having a drink in his hand or a cigarette lit or bringing the cigarette to his mouth. A lot of planning does go into these though. We'll sit and discuss the types of photography of the era and and what type of photography would make the most sense. Last season was an Avedon-type group shot. This season was an Irving Penn-esque shot of the cast. It's like having another Christmas once a year, when I get to walk in with the full cast and play.

Flowers add such spirit to the room or an outdoor setting. I have recently started collecting bud vases (some new, some created, some ‘turned-into vases’ from other existing items I already had). I love spreading them throughout the house… spreading this ‘spirit’ and beauty all about!

Awesome nice pictures from Viginia McDonald. She is really a talented photographer and know how to present interior decoration and design in a way of art.
And yes, I also agree with you about what you say about flowers. I do love flowers too and nothing adds more of a touch to a room than some flowers.
I even use dried flowers to decorate my rooms if no fresh flowers are on hand. It doesn’t even always have to be a bouquet of flowers, just one beautiful rose in a decorative vase will catch the eye and add charm to the room.

I’ll let you in on a little secret, you know how most mother’s would love to have a fantastic photographer photograph their children? Well my dream would be to have professional photographs of my home! These photos are beautiful!!!! As far as flowers, I couldn’t agree more, they are a must for me too! We recently moved to a new house and the house was a disaster but I still insisted on buying flowers so there was something that was pretty going on!!

This movie looks great. Historical topic, decent cast, a love story, kind of edgy and with heart. Not many films roll all of this together well, but I've been waiting for someone to make a movie about the odd sense of suspense and emotion that a photographer feels when they're in the moment capturing something important. The pictures we see can never tell us what the person on the other side of the camera really felt. There's more adrenaline there than most realize.

AND…I completely agree with the comments above about this site needing to be a bit more open minded. I understand that this site is run by a bunch of dudes for the most part who like action flicks and comic books, but its a movie site. I love the previews you all post (and fairly quickly I might add!), and the discussion in most threads is great but there is such a strong bias against anything family oriented (with the exception of Pixar films) or chic flicky that its severely off putting. I understand I could always “go someplace else” …..and I do, but this has been one of my fav movie sites for quite some time, and all I'm saying is it would be of benefit to this site to be a bit more balanced in order to keep from putting people off, and in effect grow and improve the site.

@uribe14506 I just took it back apart and opened up the cooling system. I found a AA battery size dust collection too. Thanks.

As far as the grey wire gos, I had trouble with it too. The plastic connector came off of the wire part. The wire-end connectors will still slide onto the posts on the board side. On each metal part there is a lip that sticks up. Face that up and use a tiny flat head to push them into place. They will stay.

I’ll post a video on it as soon as I can get it to load.

Affordability and style

The first things you’ll quickly realize when shopping around for this laptop is that you’ll be able to get a better system if you configure it on the HP online store. The online store offers you a chance to upgrade just about everything on this laptop. The base price without any fiddling for the HP G62t is $599.

Once you do get yours in-front of you the other thing that will become very obvious is the borrowed styling from HP’s premium level laptops the HP Envy 13 and 15. The body styles for both the G62t and the Envy’s is apparent but the difference is the roughly $1000 more you pay for the Envy series laptops over the base G62t.

Great multimedia capabilities

Onto some important components, the screen is very important and HP didn’t cheat you on the screen for this 15.6? notebook. With some adding of some options like the optional blu-ray drive this notebook could easily become an entertainment notebook. The G62t uses a 15.6? LED back-lit display that has the only draw back of only being 720p capable. Other than the 720p which isn’t much of a downside the 16:9 LED monitor will offer a noticeable upgrade to any previous generation budget notebooks.

The next important thing to talk about is the laptops build quality. With the HP G62t build quality and all-around thoughtful design can’t be stressed enough. Starting off with the decision to use a matte finished outer case instead of the glossy ones you see on their similarly priced laptops was great. With the matte finish you don’t have to be constantly wiping off the finger-prints that would be all of the place with a glossy case. The rest of the body is made from the same magnesium alloy that you’ll find on the HP Envy series and Mac book Pro laptops.

Keep the lights on when using this one…

The touchpad on the G62t is blended into the palmrest and really only has a noticeable outline to let you know where it is. It feels just as the palm rests do and this could be a problem for some. The buttons for the right and left click are one single bar placed below the space for the touchpad, this can also prove to be a problem for some.

Some perks added by HP to this laptop include the Altec Lansing speakers, webcam and the Energy Star of approval for efficiency. However the Altec Lansing speakers performed less than spectacular so we do recommend some headphones or external speakers for this laptop. We found the webcam to be satisfactory and the Energy Star sticker to be reassuring that we are helping reduce environmental damage.

Conclusion

The sturdy and modern styling of the HP G62t laptop was much appreciated and for the starting price of $600 we hope other companies start doing this. The pluses for this laptop both in performance and in function far out weight the conundrum of the touchpad. For the price you really can’t go wrong with the HP G62t laptop.

HP DV9843CL Pavilion Notebook PC – REFURBISHED Review

This laptop is awesome. It packs a lot of features, and has been outstanding. I really like the HDMI for watching movies on the BLU ray player on my flatscreen. The laptop’s screen is brilliant on its own, and the case is built for space travel…

Bad things, or stuff I’m not used to yet…the keys are very smooth, almost slippery. The Quickstart buttons stopped working, but I heard that this was a problem on some other review, but I’m sure it is just a control panel switch I inadvertently changed, or a driver that I need to download.

Great things…HDMI, ESATA connection, Subwoofer!, and the remote control for media…Very cool! The bluetooth connection is nice too, I can send a pic off my phone right to it, and it receives it automatically.
I was nervous buying refurb, but my computer had one dent/crack in case less than 1/4 of an inch long, doesn’t affect performance, and even with the blemish, it still is by far the most beautiful laptop I’ve ever seen.

Millenium Falcon was the fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy, which is why I nicknamed this 2.0 ghz with 4 ddr2 cuz its smoking fast, but another name that comes to mind is the Silver Surfer, the finish is amazing on this laptop. Did I mention it had a BLU Ray drive?

Customer Reviews

give yourself a favor and dont buy this – K. Agoston – Netherlands
I had this laptop for less than 2 years. My problems?

First, in the second week of use, the harddisk stopped working (was a bios problem).

Second, the sound never worked well: you could always hear a click before the transient when playing back samples (and subtle but IRRITATING crackling noise during hi-bitrate mp3/flac playback). I had to buy an external soundcard because the laptop just woudn’t cut it for decent (decent, not hi-fi!) listening – or ANY kind of sound editing/music production.

Third, the graphic card got really warm just from watching youtube – any 3D game (even Quake 3 which isn’t much of a hardcore resourcemonger) made my fingers resting on the WASD area burn – literally. Eventually, just after 2 years, the graphic card failed completely: one day it was OK (all things considered…), the next day I got a black screen when I started it up. No number of restarts solved this. I may mention that there were artifacts (blue pixelnoise/blue areas on the grey HP logo) at the POST screen for like 6 months.

This was my 5th HP laptop in 6 years – of which only one survives to this day (a cute lil NC6000). I witnessed the decline of HP, first in the quality of execution and then the quality of hardware solutions. The DV8943CL had a build quality that would freak out persons who never touched a Mac, VAIO or Thinkpad. It literally has millimeter scale assembly tolerances, combined with very low quality plastics. The kind they use in cheap Chinese toys for 3rd world exports.

BTW I used it for photo processing, graphics, video montage, live montage (VJ performance), network debugging, coding, presentations, sound design, music production. It has a low mobility but excellent battery life (5 hours new, 3 hours after all this time – on Vista 64 Balanced). Ahh, speaking of photos, the screen is HORRIBLE: horrible backlightin’, horrible vertical view angle(s?), horrible color reproduction (although fortunately not in the oversaturated way VAIO plays these days).

For the Love of God, I know it’s a good price (that’s why I bought it and tried to convince myself “it will work out”) but the nerves and durability compensate more than enough!!!
